課程大綱 Course syllabus

本課程重視對管理文獻的融會貫通與應用，每週有特定主題，就指定文獻提出心得報告並進行問題討論，經由教授之指導與同學們觀摩指正，期望學習者能於短時間內，對企業管理理論具有多方面的瞭解，對特定主題有深入的研究，且能提升表達能力與教學能力。

1.認識管理現象及管理知識本質。
2.認識知識經濟及全球化對管理知識發展之影響。
3.培養有效閱讀的基本技能。
