組織行為(Organizational Behavior; OB)這個學科所探討的是「組織中的個人、團體、及架構如何影響組織當中的行為,進而影響組織效能?」。在這門課中,我們將探討下列主題:
1. 工作態度與工作滿意度(Work Attitudes and Job Satisfaction)
2. 工作動機(Work Motivation)
3. 領導與影響力(Leadership and Influence)
4. 工作團隊(Work Teams)
5. 性格與價值觀(Personality and Values)
6. 衝突與協調(Conflict and Negotiation)
7. 組織文化(Organizational Culture)
8. 情緒與心情(Emotions and Moods)
8. 判斷與決策(Judgment and Decision Making)

         本課程將結合教科書、講課、討論、個案研討、實作、及測驗等方式,幫助學生學習組織行為相關知識及增強知識應用的能力。
