本課程介紹決策的基礎概念, 方法, 與理論. 課程範圍包括理性決策與行為決策, 應用領域將涵蓋資訊對人類決策的影響. 例如資訊搜尋, 資訊過量, 資訊呈現方式等.此外, 網路購物行為與消費決策等服務導向之決策也將納入課程範圍.
