2. Why nano-semiconductors?
3. What do nano-semiconductors look like?
4. How to create nano-semiconductors?
5. What are the special characteristics of nano-semiconductors?
6. How to explore the properties of nano-semiconductors?
7. What are the usages of nano-semiconductors?


課程目標 Objectives

         To understand the concept of nano-semiconductors, to learn the fundamentals of nano-semiconductors, and to know the pioneering works on this area.
