         The topics covered in this course include both strategic and practical applications.
Part 1 Introduction
Part 2 Forecasting
Part 3 System design
Part 4 Quality
Part 5 Inventory management





課程目標 Objectives

         This course is intended as an introduction to the field of operations management. The learning objectives are to provide students, regardless of his/her major, with a presentation of the concepts, tools and applications in operations management.
