課程大綱 Course syllabus |
|
This course is for under graduate students. It provides the fundamental knowledge and covers key concepts of human resource management (HRM) including staffing, employee development, compensation, labor relations and meeting the international HRM challenge.
|

課程目標 Objectives |
|
At the end of the course, students are expected to understand teh key concepts and issues of HRM. Stusents will not only understand the theoretical knowledge but also be able to apply the knwoledge in practice.
