課程大綱 Course syllabus
　　　　　　　　 This course provides an elementary introduction to probability and statistics with applications. Topics include: basic probability models; combinatorics; random variables; discrete and continuous probability distributions; descriptive statistics; statistical estimation; and confidence intervals.

課程目標 Objectives
　　　　　　　　 In this course we will study the basic knowledge and techniques of applied probability and statistics for undergraduate students in engineering.
