The speed of change in healthcare is unprecedented. New technologies, genetic therapies, and scientific discoveries are transforming the way we care for patients. At the same time, care processes in the exceedingly complex world of healthcare are being reworked. More than ever, those working in this field need to develop the skills to manage operations, acquire the ability to adapt, and the agility to navigate in the new environment. This course is designed for anyone working, or aspiring to work, in a healthcare organization. As a result, it addresses the learning needs of a very diverse market: business students enrolled in curricula that emphasize healthcare (undergraduate and graduate levels), healthcare administration/public health students (undergraduate and graduate levels), nursing students (undergraduate and graduate levels), medical students and clinicians, allied health professionals, and administrators.
